Looking for a company where there is growth and stabilty

A typical day at my current company involve customer interaction, either face to face or over the telephone. My relationship with my co-workers is amazing and strong as we feel like a family. What i enjoy most about my job is the traveling from time to time and the most challenging aspects of my job is when you meet strong personalities.

Excellent learning curve

I am getting practical experience on drafting and operations and production management from work integrated learning. I have put out a proposal on how to improve productivity and competitive advantages on the operational side of things.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: No contract since my past contract ended
