Excellent Learning curve

A typical work day is a list of to do ranging from recruitment , translating disciplinary documents and other HR related in portuguese for our Mozambique sites , chairing disciplinary hearings , visiting sites,et al.Its a monstly supportive , always have assistance where required , its could use a dose of trust between employees. People are guarded , always on their toes a good and a bad thing , a balnce is required.I have learned a skill i always thought i had but its has ben rather been more refined here, the issue of daily to do lists , this makes for effectiveness on anoither level , as everyone's perfomance is rather apparent daily , as they are checked on a weekly bases whether one has achived results or notWell free breakfast and lunch Im learning portuguese.The systems are a still a bit backwards and this means a lot of paperwork. Learning curve.responsibilities

Working at this company tought me slot as I run the whole site alone.reporting straight to plant manager. It gives me courage and hope that 1 day I would become a foreman as am able withstand working under pressure . Doing all paper work service schedules and maintenance planing , odering parts I enjoy working at this firm but I need a bigger company to grow and learn more as we never stop getting educated

Cost Accountant

I am currently working on a temporary basis the position has been created to help with back log. There are no guarantees yet if it will be turned permanent anytime soon.

Pros: Its very interesting & challengin for i have to come up with own spreadsheets for it a new position
Cons: The challenge is there are no proper systems in place yet
