A positive learning experience

Open the store at 7am and start doing all necessary admin. Staff start trickling in from about 7.15. Greet all staff as they come in.Check on daily sales targets and convey same to staff. Do floor walk with staff to make sure they understand what is required of them for the day. When store opens at 8 meet and greet customers as they come in and make sure they recieve excellent customer service. Check that all deliveries are up to date and that trucks have been thoroughly checked before they leave on deliveries. Do floor walks again during the day to follow up on instructions given. Take diciplinary action if needed. Staff are the backbone of any business and should be treated with respect at all times. Happy staff give best results. Store closes at 5pm

Pros: Great opportunity to learn all about building trade.
Cons: Customers can sometimes be difficult but must be handled with respect at all times.

Excellent learning curve

My driving experience with clean record

Dealing with different clients is very challenging and exciting on my daily routine. Communication with with my co workers makes the operation easier, and driving and operating on on different environment has uplifted my driving and operating abilities. I enjoyed doing what I like which is to operate crane and driving everyday, the most challenging aspects is to deal with local drivers (jikelezas) in the location while driving

8 to 5 kinda job Good working relationship I learnt so much that I will surely use on my next job I enjoy working as a team with my fellow colleagues Too demanding,the fact that they had to deduct our salaries for shortages and overages were hardly recognised,no pension or provident fund and the salary they offer is far from the work we put i

I loved my work

my day started of by making a cup of cofee for my manager. check the end of day papers, cje k rhe summary of rhe cashier if rhefes a problem find the problem then start my work by placing orders as soon as it comes in capture the invoices and run end of day at night did many things on different days.

Pros: builit is a company that u can grow
Cons: we worked normal retail hours

Excellent experience

hitthis migth be a very good company but the problem is the manager is ihave trusting issues that makes it very hard to work with hims mi and you spend most of your time at work but you still don't feel free

Good bt chellenging

I have gained the most experience to work with customers bt some times its chellanging when its comes to certifiying the customer and most of all the people that I have been work with are different in their curectors. most of the things that I enjoy most is when I reached my target for the month.
