I have gained a lot of experience as a receiver and a future manager

I worked very well with my colleagues and we created a place called home within the company and helped one another when one have challenges in life.the management have what we call favouritism as they pick those closed to them for opportunities in the company.

Pros: Under a good manager one can grow
Cons: Staff is overstretched

Customer service and selling skills?

Meet every customers needs by making sure there is always stock in shop .special orders to be done if we don't have stock at that moment or we don't stock that specific item.promotions also available in such given time.shrinkage and theft to be everyones responsibility at all times.overtime or extended hours when is needed must be everyone willingness proir to make burget . Everyday target to be meet or weekly as good as monthly. Everyone to participate on stock take .receive stock and dispech when it is neccessary to do so without supervion and to be done correctly

Cons: we work long hours if we have to prepare for promotions or stocktskes

I have learnt that hard work pays nd that everything has its beauty but no everyone can see it.

I have a great working relationship with my co workers because we all agree that our mission is to make sure every customer leaves our store happyily servers.My work has taught me that every customer is as important to keep the company growth,the most challenging part is making sure that as the first person the customer encounter when in need of assist over the phone my colleagues delivers the services I assured the customer of.

Good exposure for plumbing and and sanware environment

Builders warehouse itake it as a place where ive groomed myself to be ome the expert that i am totoday in a way that daily we face different personal and a way of dealing with customers with confidence

Pros: Lot of experience gain due to different scenarios that the Customers want to troubleshoot

I am a 32 year old lady a hardworking person a team player taking challenges as they came everyday learning today s business everyday learning that every department has its qualities and knowing them will help me grow Enjoyments at work will be to help customers and see that they enjoyed their shopping most challenging aspects for the job is dealing with a customers who doesn't give a chance to explain what had happen making drama instead of communicating so that the problem will be solved to save time relationship with co workers is be yourself to start with be honest, straight talker.listen and motivate what will make my day typical at work is disrespectful from your co worker
