Working builders warehouse is like running own company as you have power to negotiate your price with suppliers and they gave you opportunity to engage big companies. Training and development:builders believes in training their staff and equip them with knowledge to be better leaders of tomorrow.I have good relationship with everyone as I beliieve that everyone employed by the company has role to play. I have learnt a lot about a role a leader play in any environment,I enjoy a lot working with difficult customers and going out to visit customers on site to give them helping hand in terms of their needs. The most challenging aspect of my job is to deal with our competitors pricing and try to be better than them and being competitive to them and how to retain our customer and build customer loyalties.

I did enjoy working at my company as i've gained more experience on working with different people and helping to solve customer problems. I've gained lot of experience on how to manage department of 8 people and dealing with suppliers and customers. We were working as one family as one team with good communication. The most aspects of the job was to provide excellent customer service and after sales. I've learned how to sell and gain customer royalty to come back for more. Above all i've learned self discipline, respect, customer service and to be reliable and loyal to my company.

Team work has always been critical in achieving a common goal.
I worked at Builders warehouse with 6 deligent managers reporting directly to me. Setting and achieving required targets has always been great to me. Retaining customers has always been interesting in this tough economical situations, but it was always achieved through teamwork.
Pros: Always looking forward to help build my surbodinades careers while achieving certain goals.

Wonderfull experience....
Very nice strong company to work for. Feel very secire to work here. Benefits are wonderfull. A perfect work day, is come in and start to work to going hone time... Pressure, pressure,(is when you get the best out of me). Get along with everybody, no problem at all, comunicate well with Managment. The part of my job that I enjoy the most is, tosee and hear a happy customer. Favourtisme!!

Cons: Sometimes you dont make the deadline, and you have to work weekends..

Excellent learning
I am passionate about working with different people and solving problems. I've gained managerial skills and excellent customer service. I did manage to manager people of 7 in my department and gain self discipline, self esteem and to take ownership of every action and decisions. Most challenging part was when I have to gain customer royalty to come back for more. Dealing with customer complaints, queries and enquiries taught me so much on how to be loyal to customers.
Pros: non recognition
Cons: long working hours less off days
