Respect to individual and to work with different people from different background. Making a difference to co-workers. I have learn that people are unique and you have to treat them with respect to gain trust. My challenges working at builders is people not have sense of humour and understanding of Jobs and difference between street and work environment.

I have learned how to work with many people and how to deal with each of them.

It's very interesting to be working at builders, everyone is so friendly. We work on a team work and to have fun while we work. To open my daily high risk counts every morning and give to the counters and to do some deliveries at the same time. Pressure time is to prepare for stocktake and customers want their stock on time.

Pros: A growth is there by pushing yourself

Good listener ND fast learner m able to learn

Everyday is challenging . it terms of doing counts solving variances. hard working . always focused. thinking on your toes. working ahead. multitasking.

Excellent knowledge

I have learned so many thing in that company,things like rules an regulations of working places and i enjoyed working with them a lot they are good an understanding peoples and the most challenging is to work harder than that so i can learn more knowledge on the next job I'll be working on

Team working

It's been a year now since I was working at builders and the sfaff it's so great and I liked the team work around the place and the environment it's a great place too but I learned that working at retail stores you just need to be patient with customers always
