Excellent learning curve

I started in my company as a casual. In two months I got a permanent position. In a year I was promoted to be associate floor leader and the following year I became an assistant manager then the store manager. I love my job but the challenge that I encounter as I have kids is the working hours. I have learnt lot of things with my company and l am grateful for that. I have been with the company for 9 years I am what I am today because of my company.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: knocking off at night

Reception

There it was good to learn more about being a sales person even it wasn't easy but if you wish to learn more you will do what impress your costumer all the time. With my co-worker it was very generous because we shows each other the good things when come to job and I've learned that you must respect your job at all times and almost that makes me happy is when a costumer telling me that 'i did gave them a good service' that makes me to be dedicated and have a good skills.

Pros: Yes
Cons: 6hours
