I've learnt how to build up a product of a different kind of furniture from stretch.

Everyday we have a target of how many product must we make. I enjoy working with my colleagues, I learn so many thing like how to assembly a furniture. The most thing that I've enjoyed was to operate a machine. The most challenging aspects of a job was to work under pressure and we must make sure that we finish up our production target per day.

Pros: The where less opportunities for promotion because there are people who have worked for years there but they are still general workers.
Cons: 10 hours

No space to learn more than I know

Family owned company and very difficult to put proper strict structure into places I get on well with my co workers but find it exceptionally difficult to tackle something that involves family

Pros: No room for promotion
Cons: Same hrs very strict
