A great learning experience

My day at work start with issuing float, checking with our cashiers to ensure we don't have issues with our system and payment machines to Cashing-up of tills and secure company's assets. Assisting customers relating to payments, refunds and invoices in between. I enjoy working with customers along side hardworking colleagues. I love learning from my colleagues and teaching what I know. In my position at Buco I've learnt how to multi-task and not losing focus of our clients. I've also learnt characteristics of myself. The most challenging aspect of what I do is to perform my daily duties whilst being able to complete tasks for our finacial manager or auditors. Satisfying all our customers is also very challenging yet also very rewarding knowing a customer leave our store satisfied.

Pros: Good Position to learn more relating to accounting
Cons: Responsiblitiy don't match to salary

Data Capturing,Add employee on the system, doing payroll,managing personnel files,housekeeping,

Work as HR Admin for two stores I have a good relationship with my colleagues especial my Line Manager. I learnt to accept people as their are and focus on doing my job not gossiping and learnt that I need to take my job seriously and being early. I like to work with different types of people with different cultures. I like the staff and Management ,I enjoy to do a lot of tasks. The challenge here is to work on the weekend and Public holiday.

Pros: at the moment i can take any thing
Cons: 08h00 to 17h00 for 8 hours a day that will be great

Working under pressure

I enjoy working with people. I am a hard worker and I always make sure that I met deadline every month even though It is challenging. I have leant a lot about communicating with suppliers and sorting all queries that are in the accounts

Pros: They do give opportunities to dedicated employees to grow and get promoted
Cons: They are not closing in December
