Excellent

I would like to work with admin , because I have a passion for it. Doing admin for 6 years now. My typical work day starts from 8-5 pm. I’m most passionate about admin. I plan my day what to do and how to do it. My relationship with my co-owners is very good. Well team player. What I learned at Buco Hardware is to work with payroll very challenging. My previous boss Woudi Du Toit gave me the opportunity to work with the previous debtors clerk and so I learned a lot. What I enjoy the most experiencing new things. The most challenging aspect of my job is the payroll but I love it. I do think I have a passion for payroll,admin.

Pros: Every opportunity that comes my way I shall be making the most of it.

Gaining experience

I work as a Sales Representative,offering credit to customers from different financial providers in store.mainly I provide awareness to customers that are in store and I even do field marketing to create this awareness.Also I have to meet the set target of sales.we work really well with my colleagues as we assist each other on different working job description,as it helps us to be flexible,gain experience and acquire knowledge and makes our work easy and enjoyable.I really like to assist customers and dealing with different challenges.I didn't have an experience in working in a Hardware,but now I know different products of building material an I know how to sell it,also despatching and receiving of goods,merchandising and making quotations for our customers.most challenging thing is getting customers credit customers because when we do credit checks and most of of the people are over indebted.

Cons: Only one day off a month,in December no day off

Excellent learning curve

My experience at the company has been great. I learned a lot in the few years that i have been there, i started as a cashier, then a filing clerk for about a year or so then i got promoted to admin clerk. I then applied for the post of creditors clerk in the company which i got and is now currently working as a creditors clerk still. I really have learnt a lot in the company and gained a lot of experience which im thankful for. The most challenging aspect about my current job was meeting deadlines and making payments on time but i crossed that bridge and im now very comfortable.

AM FULLY BILINGUAL AND CAN UNDERSTAND SOME TSWANA. I AM A SELF - MOTIVATED, PROACTIVE, RELIABLE AND CONSCIENTIOUS WORKER. Experience gained

Learning curve

I do data capturing I have a good friendly relationship with my co workers I have learned how to be responsible and face new challenges well I enjoy working with my team The most challenging aspects is where I need to be aware everytime because if not the company will loose a lot of money because of me.

Very good in learning and very fast learner

i really like to work for this campany as a salesperson it is so chalenging ang to learn lot of thing in this market. handliling agrasive customer, working as a team with the other workers, i enjoy the department i am the HOD IN ALUMINIUM WINDOW AND SLIDING DOORS, ad to sort problems for customer when they damanded they windows and blaming our staf members.

Pros: i can be promoted to be a sales mananger in this campany because if my sales mananger is not around i do his job
Cons: always happy to work overtime

Excellent learning curve

All knowledge is self thought, you can't learn to become a leader or how to negotiate you either have it or you don't, and at buco it is exactly that your either a businessmen or not

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: More work no gratitude the better you do the more you have to do salary remains the same duties increase
