Good understanding, respect of each other in the working team to make things go easy.

Very busy company that does tendering and consulting, start to be busy the minute you step your foot in the yard. Tea breaks and lunch hours makes life easy for us as employees to have an understanding for each other. I have learnt to build good working relations to make my job functions go easy so that we meet the deadlines in time as the team. I enjoy most when I see and feel that there is lot of production and everyone looks happy and enjoying and also when we get compliments from management for great work done as a team. Delays caused by contractors on site due to non-payment by the client.

Pros: Yes there are great opportunities for promotion for someone who is not looking for relocation and new challenges from different side of the industry.
Cons: Working long hour is not a problem as it helps one to meet deadlines and become known for being consistent on what you are doing and becoming competent for climbing up the corporate ladder.

Excellent learning curve

I am self-motivated and committed to people and tasks. I am a very determined young woman who works tirelessly to ensure that work is completed punctually and efficiently. At the same time, I realise that there is wisdom in balance.
