BT is a fun and well maintained company with loads of room to group everything is made easy for to understand. The staff is always ready to assist and help out where ever their can.

Great opportunities.

The company I work for is very focused on people. There are a lot of opportunities for people to grow. My daily job is to ensure my team performs at their best ensuring the business meets SLA without customer and to give our customer the best experience ever. I spend my day running statistical reports and assisting with customer issues often mentoring and coaching the team on how to deliver a good service.

Pros: Credit si given where it is due
Cons: Scope in SA is limited
