Experience in customer service

I really enjoy working at my current employed company. I get to meet new people and learn a lot about customer behaviour. My services are always on point, I always try to make small talk with customers and it makes me seeing them walk out of our store with smiles on their faces. My colleague's are also catching on to how I interact with customers and now give good customer service. Most customers call our store their happy zone as they say when they get inside our store they enjoy our small talks every time they purchase something. Some even pass other branches that are close to them just so they can be at "their happy zone"'

Pros: Great platform for learning more about interacting with people
Cons: Long working hours and fixed off days
