Excellent telephone ettiquete and high intellectual level
whislt I deal with my fair share of work I am never miserable always positive and handling my tasks effectively and accurately ..I am content with the environment I work in simply because it is peaceful and comfortable,Thus far ive had no issues with my boss nor my co-workers there has been no altercation of any sort and if I have some free time I assist my co-workers my department in any way I can aswell as obtain knowledge from there fields..I have learnt abit more about the financial and logistics aspect excellent Ax skills that are quiet effective have improved my time management tremendously aswell as personal attributes such as patience.The most fun fact of my job is always knowing the exchange rates when it would drop and how to prevent that from us making a gain rather than a loss,i also quiet enjoy assuring all admin is up to date so that there wont be any problems with regards to data if needed,At times having to communicate with customers not understanding English is difficult

I doing my job according to job expectation every day.
people am working with they know how to work as team -I have very good relationship with them is like we are family - I have learn a lot from them more especially in stock controller - I enjoy to do Quality control -The most challenging aspect is when material come back or damaged cause I have to explain why they are damaged even thought I was not the part of
Pros: company inviroment is very good and people am working with are too good to each other
Cons: they only offer interns then after you have to look for yourself

Excellent communication and time management skills
My daily responsibility was to write reports on how all the seven line machine's perfomance and assist the supervisors and the line manager by engaging with the production floor concerning our daily targets. Monitoring machines utilization and responsible for cutting downtime /waste. Mostly I enjoyed engaging with the floor workers and trying to work with them in achieve the target for the day. I've learnt so much in terms of reducing costs, managing time by ensuring that we meet the dead lines and avoiding mistakes in order to meet customer certisfication. The most challenging part of my job was that we were only two to take care of our department's changelles in an Industrial engineering aspect and the time we were given was very short so we had to prioritize everyday.
Pros: Working at BSi steel is very advantageous in terms of practiacally applying almost all the techniques youve learnt during theoritically studies. The platform to learn and to grow is open everyday
Cons: The amount of work given is doable but the deadlines are extremely unreasonable at times and somebody's hard work and dedication is never taken into consideration

I do my job according to daily work expectation
-To work in this company is very fruitful cause people in here they support each other -I really appreciate the welcome hand they give to me -I have learn much from here including Stock Controller The most challenging aspect of this job is when I have to downgrade cause I have to explain even thought I was not there

Very busy company
General management of the staff members, Ensuring that health and safety is adhered to , weighbridges management, receiving and dispatching of goods, picking and packing , planning of the deliveries , tracking of trucks . Management of orders . Ensuring efficient delivery of stock.

Good learning curve
working here i have learn to deal with different character and that most managers do not want to take accountability for their action therefore it important to have very thing on back up cause every mistake that managers do they blame it on the intern. the most challenging things is a human factor . most managers do not authorize invoice on time delays us in paying supplies on time and there resulting in suppliers account being closed. the most enjoyable thing about my Job is that is my team. i have a good relationship with some co workers although some we do not get along.

Challenging environment
-Load planning and scheduling,accentuating on efficiencies -Follow up on work progress through tracking systems -Attending to any eventualities -Attending to HR issues -Attending to IR issues -Direct and constant interface with staff on a day to day basis -Motivation of staff -I have learnt that it is important to leverage,harness subordinates efforts in the workplace.That way it is possible to achieve company's goals. -I enjoy leading from the front,setting a good example to my subordinates and proving that 'Together Everyone Achieves More'(T.E.A.M) -The most challenging aspects of my job is that no one day is like another.There is a lot of dynamism and lots of different situations to handle everyday.That has sharpened my problem solving skills.

My relationship with my workers is being accurate friendly I have learned to work with people and enjoy being assist when need help cause it shows working as team most challenging would be leaving things to last minutes which is a lesson for me to never leave things to last minute.

Career growth
The environment is conducive for all emloyees and relationship with my colleagues is very good. I m involved in production meeting everyday and quality related issues. I have learnt a lot about negotiations with sjopstewards and working with the unios.
