Implementation of Purchasing Process within BSH South Africa and S.S.A. Audit & Reporting of Purchasing Process and adherence to Purchasing Guideline locally and Regionally.

The company was International Home appliances

At the moment I am unemployed, but while working at BSH Appliances, I had a great relationship with all my co-workers, the management was just as great, we felt more like a family. Learnt to have a great interaction with staff as well as customers. The most enjoyable part was the connection of the staff and understanding Management. The most challenging part was when we changed programs over to the SAP system.

Pros: Management changed, and the new attitude to staff.
Cons: Flexibilty of working hours, with no regocnition.

Excellent learning curve. Profitability simulation and month end closing

It is a great environment to work in, great manager and team. We work long hours and even weekends when needed. I compile a profitability report and analysis of our sales.
