Learned how to handle conflict

It was a very challenging experience, very fast phased and pressurized. One thing I learned from it was definitely how to handle conflict and how to prioritize.

Cons: Very poor people skills from management, creating a very bad working environment

Challenge

It is a challenge everyday in the sense of pleasing my manager and motivating the staff. It is an extremely fast phased working environment with no room for error. I have learned to deal with pressure as well as how to handle conflict. A lot of experience have been gained in motivating my staff and getting them through another day. I enjoy the sense of no matter what gets thrown at me...i can take it and make it work.

Pros: Great experience and opportunity to grow personally and learn
Cons: Very tough working environment physically and mentally
