Brummer has been successful for many years, good company to better your capabilities.

A typical working day starts around seven in the morning and if you are not a morning person then you will battle as it is extremely busy until around 10am where it slows down a bit, I found my staff pretty hardworking and dedicated. I have learnt that you get out what you put in from early morning which dictates your day. I loved the planning and production challenges.

Pros: I am not sure about this although was assured of this i have not been there long enough.
Cons: Constant smell of glue which not only gets into your clothes but with me affects my health constantly.
