Focused, engaging with team members, rejection,training

Working at bruma finance was a great experience for me because it taught me to be focused and work hard in reaching targets for a given time by our team leader. I have learned to be a team player and knowing that we also work as a team in reaching a common goal. What I enjoyed about the company is that we get to celebrate when we've reached our monthly target as a department and also their training was very helpful because I was able to apply what I have learned in the training into practice. The challenge was when you are being rejected by a client and you have to try and convince them because you have a target to reach sometimes you just have a bad day of not getting any clients and those were the most hardest and challenging moments of my life because I would feel like a failure.

Pros: Promotion to the next department and commission when you have reached your target
Cons: Long hours,not getting paid for overtime

Anything that involves self involvements and growth inside the building

The structure was built well as we used to play soccer compete as groups with target involves and employee of the month made friends of life and family members worked from 9/5 and on weekends if we didn't meet the target but so far we enjoyed everything little and greate experience we learned there i would like to input my skills and effort towards uyour company

Im a good learner

I worked Long hour was traveling my train and im always on time i have a sales experience but don't have a RE certificate but i can do my job properly and a friendly person im very talkative if i can get a job ill be happy cause i don't want to be rich just wanna be able to provide for my kids and wife
