Great learning experience

Receiving calls from customers with certain requests, making sure we meet their demands the best way we know how. Reporting to our senior if we can't handle a customer. Do secretarial duties, answer phone calls, emails, attending to mail, buying transport tickets for drivers and delivering them to pick up points. My co workers are open people and we interact perfectly despite the language difference. I have learnt to deal with difficult customers and to co operate with my co workers. I enjoy seeing a customer happy without breaking rules and going an extra mile to satisfy them. The most challenging aspect will be working on a male dominated industry, you get surprising faces when you arrive at a dealership (to pick up or drop off a vehicle) coz mainly its mails who do what I do.

Pros: Great travelling experience
Cons: Working on weekends mainly
