Overall experience in call centre

Pros: Best opportunity for self growth and great exposure to the technical aspects of the call centre industry
Cons: Long working hours and rotating shifts based on performance

An average learning curve

my days are always cool since i'm able to finish my daily work before the end of the day. My co workers some are very kid,helpful and easily approachable. I have learnt how to communicate with people,computer skills, and negotiating skills. I enjoy when we are having a work theme,celebrating something and team building. What's more challenging is having a back lock due to systems being slow and getting more on top of that back lock.

Pros: good opportunity to gain experience
Cons: no room for growth
