Employed as HR and Finance Manager with additional duties which includes Overall Housekeeping, Stock control - assisting with Front Office on weekends (Client Liaison).Good starting place if you want to start in Hospitality Industry, but no place for Growth opportunities and Salary is way below normal Hospitality Sector.

Cons: Long hours - not getting paid overtime and no other benefits

Great place to learn and practise your management skills

Work and play with friendly colleagues and guests. My co-workers are like family and I enjoy every single day with them on the job. I have learnt that one must rather be respected than liked in an establishment. Your duties are your own responsibilities and not your co-worker's. Having to deal with guests and learn their languages is very interesting and sharing each others' cultural activities.

Pros: Great place to meet different people and learn their culture
Cons: off days after 14 days
