I have learn a lot from when i first started. Especially learning people.

Start at 6:30am in the morning and end my day at 5pm-6pm. Planning the work for the day for 10 + teams. All teams are dispatch at 8am. After that i start running through my emails. After that is a constant challenge helping techs in the field and helping clients with there problems. I also have a good relationship with the techs in the field as well as the colleges in the office. What i learn is that everyday is a challenge, and you must stay positive the make the best of each day. What i enjoy most is solving problems. Most challenging aspect most probably is to have more than one problem, and resolving everything as quick as possible.

Pros: Most college i deal with everyday are great people.
Cons: No real leadership in the company.
