WiFI knowledge

Handling angry clients is on of the best things ever, Best thing about it is the end result when the client is happy and satisfied. I have a great group that i manage they are all strong willed and willing to help when they can.I have learnt a lot since i started at the company. WIFI is a wide thing to learn and something new everyday is happening.The biggest challenges in my job is when sites drop and the pressure is on i love the pressure and wok well under that. When the site go down i need to make sure the client get messages and that my staff are will informed on what is happening so that we can inform the client to the best of our ability.

Pros: Great to Learn mopre about WIFI
Cons: No communication with staff from the GM. No place to grow.
