Learning curve to further my horizon

I love my work because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities as well as to my assistant to find out what her week and how her diary looks for the week. Meeting with team for and hour a week to communicate the work load and the needs and organizing the team schedules around priorities. I do this on Monday so that the rest of the week is well organized and we can effectively use our team’s time in exceeding client’s expectations and avoid Friday evening surprises. Rest of the week goes in delivering hard work and attending site meetings, Landlord's tenants, updating the status with the client, answering emails and calls from our global teams. My role involves extensive management responsibilities and staying organized is not an option.

Pros: I am a self started, fast learner and a very possitive person with a great personality
Cons: get frustrated with people who do not keep to time lines or meeting schedules and have will inform the as they that I do not like this

Work experience and cover letter

I am an admitted attorney, with more than 20 years’ experience in Property Law, Contract Law and Commercial Law. I have been involved in drafting, reviewing, and providing legal advice on various types of Contracts and in Corporate Real Estate environment and is very knowledgeable on Property Law and the respective laws relating thereto.

Work hard and smart

Work well with people and under pressure and enjoy resalts at the end of the day, need to give daily feedback to clients. Experience on all aspects of property management hard and soft services, daily inspection and customer service and feed back, advice to customers when required assistance on space planing assisting with queries, assistance with contractors and work flow, plan approvals with regard to fire design approvals, basic experiance on all maintenance issues inspections and handy man duties, all soft services as security, cleaning, escalators, lifts, garden maintenance, fire equipment services, in the property industry for more than 15 years and have a lot of experiance of what is required to satisfy customers and share holders.

Great learnings

Positions allow one to determine what one enjoys doing and doesnt enjoy doing. Various portfolios run differently with room for movement. Training when placed into a new position to be looked at as well as expected long hour works.. portfolio dependant

Departments tend to have different cultutrs, environment, ethic based on Manager.

For the most part a great company. However one overlooks serious contradictory policies based simply on the revenue oncome stream , seemingly, can become a toxic hycrotical environment for staff.

Good exposure

I learnt a lot about retail property management and asset management. Especially turnovers and cost of occupation ratios to rent, how centers should be located and the ideal size for a centre in a particular area.
