Opportunity to grow and learning curve

I try to work with what I have I try to save cost but still get job done. I have good working relationship with my boss till to other centre manager where I give my self time to learn from them and also help them where they need help. Having a good relationship with tenant and contractor make my job more easy as I have supporting team. when I see tenant improve on their sales and customers talk good about my centre. when the centre is not performing well collecting rent and keep your tenant not to be on areas. Try to convince them to pay even when you can see that they are not making money.

Pros: Great oppotunity to learn more as not everything you see on the job discription you get chance to do.
Cons: i dont have problem with long working hours all i want is the job to be done and deliverd to the client in a good and standard level

A VERY GOOD COMPANY ,THE ONLY PROBLEM THERE IS NO OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH ,IT EITHER YOU STAY IN THE SAME POSITION or you on .There is also opportunities to further your studying whi h is a big plus

Fast learning, hard working, self desciplined, innovation and thinks outside the box

A typical day at work would be to go around checking the building and shops within the mall if anything needs to maintained e.g. lights being changed, pipes that should be unblocked, hand dryers in working order. I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. Learned how maintenance at a mall is more demanding. I enjoy doing my Job. I wouldn't call it challenging however you have to always think outside the box at all times and try to find different methods of preventing re-occurring issues within the facilities

Pros: Would like to get a permanent position

Learnt to handle big volumes

Broll is a good company,my colleagues I work well with them ,I want to leave because I am looking to grow and get new opportunities. I have been given an opportunity to do two courses with the University of Pretoria ,which is a big deal because studying stimulates the mind and that in my opinion makes Broll a good company

Excellent to learn

Excellent to learning and in our company I learn using brunch cutter and morwer and planting and excellent to splaying falterlaser,the more challenge that are aspects are working hards and long hours and see different people that have different chalenges and interest to see new people and work Monday to Friday the most that l joy is lisean music and redio the relationship to workers is good if workers is rights and l do not like to farts to workers.

Good learning

It is a company that you are able to see what you can handle personally and professionally. You have to learn how the management critical overview and grow from it. Balancing of your personal life and work life is very critical as this job demands a lot

I learned to work hard and extra hours Everyday is a hectic day Team work is what keeps you going We did not live work for the next day Prepar for meeting in advance Your day begin with high demands(red flags)

A beautiful challenge

Very busy towards month end. One of my personal attribute is that I have great communicating skills. My years of experience in different positions has taught me the importance of interpersonal relationships, I have been able to work in harmony with so-workers, suppliers and my managers because I am an effective communicator. I am very accurate. I enjoy working with numbers. I am also a good team player, I believe that as team we are like a car engine, If one part of it doesn't function then we all fail, so helping your co-worker make everyone in a team look good, we all win in the end. The most challenging part of my job, is people who do not understand team work, who always work individually and look down on others thinking whatever others are doing is not important.
