At Broll Property Management I work as site supervisor and also as handyman I am very hands on, my duties is to do all maintenance, ordering plumbing, electrical, mechanical work (e.g. pumps) , air conditioners, building, dry wall to ensure that the site is in good standard all the time and also, ensuring that the cleaners and security gurds excute their job thoroughly, I look after contractors that arrive and monitor them until their completion of their job and sign their job card, and provide proper report to Maintenance Manager as she is not on the all the time and many more duties

Broll Properties Property Management Broll is a Top Class Corporate Company. Mr Jonhathan Broll and his management looked very well after there staff, all though they expect you to perform and give your best they are fair to there staff. The staff become like your own family and are all team players and hard working. They also acknowledge your hard work and achievements.In the Property Management there is always something new to learn and new experiences. Broll also gives opportunities to there staff to study and better one self, and if you pass and it was in line to better your career in Broll they bear the cost. Working for Broll you want to give your best.

Tough environment
Culture is not ideal, no opportunities for employee input in decision-making. Being in a satellite office, head office constantly assumes the worst about our office, and we never know what we are doing right or wrong, because the processes are not clearly communicated to us.
