Growth in the industry

.Need people management skills other people want to have the final word and if you don't know that u will end up fighting with them . Being manager is not a one man show you need to build a good working relationship with tenants contractors .No matter how hard you try you will never make all your clients happy .Interacting with tenants and try to make them believe with me in one vision and goal is to make the centre work. .Working with people who undermine you

Pros: Been taken for training and working with sunior who are willing to build you
Cons: As long as i have all the needed rescouses to go an extra mile to get the job done i dont have problem

Growth oppotunity in the industry

.Self managements and good management skills . Good working relationship in a professional way . Good manager lead by example and build good working relationship with your tea and build trust .Always stay humble and be willing to be corrected .Criticism they build me and show me where I lack .Working with team who don't believe in you

- Doing inspection checking if all tenant are open and if security and cleaners are onside and working. do tenants visit twice a day depending on the size of the centre. - Treat everyone with respect and be willing to listen to them. I Allow to be criticises help me to see where i should improve. motivate them and that makes them happy and they give good service to their customers - self discipline and self management good working environment and supporting team. learning new way of managing properties and learn from those who have walk this way before me - Failing to deliver service to your tenant as they expect. delay on payment of contractor cleaning and security company that exploit their employee. Working in a political influence area where they turn everything into politic. where politician think they own you and the centre. Taxi associations if you don't believe good working relationship they will make your customs suffer and you end up loosing business.

Pros: Like to work for a compnay that is willing to groom me and offer me training to better my skilles
Cons: i dont have problem with long working hours all i want is the job to be done and deliverd to the client in a good and standard level

Exelent learning appotunity

Doing inspection update report areas comment vacant update and turnover figures loading on the system. I have good working relationship with my co workers as I believe that I will not do it on my own. That been a centre manager is not about seating in the office and delegating you need to be hands on eg you don't pass paper wen you meet them outside. The good working relationship with tenant contractors and management when we are united ad have one goal the business grow and tenant make profit they pay rent landlord get happy I sleep peaceful. Dealing with incompetent contractor, security and cleaner and when the centre is not doing well tenant are not making money still have to push them to pay their areas. At times they end up retrenching staff and its lost the business and foot count drops.

Exelent learning appotunity

Doing month update date report from areas report to vacant report lease expiry report and collecting of turnover figure and also update them on the system. Do weekly inspection log calls and collect quote from contractor and monitor the job till its done to the required standard. I do all with my power to build good relationship with co workers I build trust with security cleaners and tenant. even if we come from different company we here to render the service but with same goal of making our centre the best and where our customers feel at home. That no ma is an island I can work in the office alone and everybody report to but I must always be humble. willing to listen to other when they come up with good idea that will make us grow the business and don't affect other, When tenant meet their target make profit they pay their rent I have zero areas and landlord happy customers happy When tenant not making money and still aspect them to pay the rent

Im hard working/honest/punctual and looking for better prospect to my skills.

Im honoured to work for Broll as this is a world wide company. I have people skills and is well liked by clients/contractors and colleagues . My work standard is above excellent. All bosses and managers rely 150% on my assistants. I know the sites all well and we all work as a team being contract/client/Saps. Any problem all come to me. My work I do is admin/clerk/manager/pa/health and safety officer/first aider/project co-ordinator/receptionist to Broll parliament. I enjoy working with people and every day is a challenge and hectic day is my best days . I believe in being organise and you must have schedule to solve all challenges. Im a widow with 3 kids. Life is tough out there. Only thing will help if Broll recognise the people in there company. THE LITTLE PEOPLE LIKE US that DO THE WORK. I don't even get a decent bonus or pay for what I do. Managers is sorted but not us.

Honest and reliable

Deadline driven with attention to detail. Monitoring performance of portfolio and highlight risk. Couching staff and recommend on capacity issues. Enhance income on portfolio and provide regular feedback to relevant stakeholders.

Pros: Stable company and internationally recognize. Various product houses with ample ability to grow the company
Cons: Future individual growth limited as most staff are still farely young and those that's old are stuck in their positions.

Good learning curve

The company has good values but they are not implimented,opportunities to study are easily accessible .To move or growth is a hurdle ,no communication on why you being blocked .for first starters its an excellent place to start but but staying longer than three years you would feel stuck.

I am in need of a change

I love coming to work. Have a great boss. Good relationship with all co-workers. I enjoy a good challenge and working under pressure. I enjoy putting marketing documents / brochures together.
