Pros: I started my career with this company and wasvsad to see I would not be park of the next phase due to logistics.
Cons: definatley long hrs i breathed eat and slept broll litteraly 24/7/365

Was a great experience and learned me a lot.

I am a very hard working, confident and proactive Operations / Facilities / Maintenance Manager with a variety of skills I’ve developed in my ongoing working environments. I communicate very well with people and I thrive to learn new skills everyday, skills I can use in my progressing position. I enjoy Commercial Building management and want to progress in this industry. I have the desire to succeed in a fast paced environment, being a self-starter and I can maintain a high level of motivation and demonstrate resilience. I enjoy a challenge; I’m focused and can effectively handle several tasks simultaneously. I am very ambitious and proficient in Operations / Facilities management, Building Management, Tenants Co-ordination, Property Management, Centre Management and Health & Safety. I motivate the Management team to achieve project progress, also to supply information in the Facilities Department and Lease Department

Excellent Learning curve

Source the accounts and capture them on the accounting system. Get them authorized by the relevant people(Estate managers) Check them and make payments(loading them on the bank). Get the payment batches checked and released by the accountants. In short I ensure that all payments are done on time to reduce interests and avoid any penalties. I have no challenges as I have been doing accounts for years, I understand and know my accounts so much. I have learned that to succeed I need to work as a team. Like an engine, if one part doesn't function then that car is not going anywhere so I am a team player. My relationship with my co-workers is great, I need them to as much as they need me so we keep our relationship very healthy. I enjoy reaching my targets with reconciliations of accounts and getting compliments about it.

Pros: Analytical, modela and mathematical work that I enjoy.
Cons: No free time enjoyment

Working at Broll was nice bit I have since went through retrenchment

Broll was very buy dealing with payment of shopping centres no slow Day. The challenges isi experienced was we worked on like but we were re received hired to still print and file things that get filed in the cloud I found that wasteful.

Pros: Study opprtunities
Cons: No growth

Great learning environment

Great company with great opportunity of growth.Good working environment,with great management willing to take their employees to another level.The company educate it's employees to study and learn more about the property business so that they will be able to apply that knowledge at their work places.iv personally learnt a lot from the company,knowledge that I will treasure and will take me far.

I’m a problem solver, people’s person. Hard working and add value to the company.

Loved working for Broll. They acknowledge your hard work. They lots of opportunities to move to other departments. Senior management is fair as long as you putting in the hours. They do acknowledge and and fair. .

Excellent learning curve

Good company. Under staffed and over worked. Poor management skills.Have to always go the extra mile with no recognition. Staff repol is not good as there is always gossip amongst the ladies in the office.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more.
Cons: Over worked.
