Its a greate company to work for but chances of promotion are limited and salary is low

If at least salary was reviewed yearly and increase implemented yearly it will go a long way but now it takes for ever to get promotion or salary increase if you that lucky.

Pros: great woking conditions and balanced family life
Cons: limited promotion apportunities
