Education in not required at all. I our factory they only need skills and experience.

I supply more than 1400 bags of approximately 25kg of Bobbins for there later I collect all the empty bobbins back to where they're from. In our industry our relationship is very poor because spies and mostly we fight verbally just because of our supervisors. I have learnt that our industry deals with a hard labour only so for you to cope you need to work hard. I have also learnt that it takes a while for an employee to get promotion or salary increase. I don't enjoy anything in my company because the management doesn't corncider the Batho Pele Principles. I start to face the challenges mostly early in the morning because almost each an every operator put order and they 8 with 32 looms . Other challenge Is that when I have to supply then I found that there are no bobbins in the store, they doing them at the extrusion department.

Pros: There is no great opportunity for promoting at all, some they have more than 10 years in the very same position.
Cons: in terms of Batho pele principle:Value for money, the hours that we work doesn't suit our money at all. we work 11 hours per day of which is against the South African constitution.

Brits Bag Manufactures,the owner and the boss is one person,where in little mistake He able to fired an employee if he want, I enjoy to work shift time and help each other to operate our machines so that we make our production effectively

Pros: we get promotion by paying managers or else the manager is my relative I can get promotion
Cons: 06:00am-18:00pm
