Excellent learning Curve

It's a great working environment we loading trucks picking stock getting to know its not a stressfull kind of work sometimes it doesn't get busy but we work on targets.

Excellent learning curve

- Recruitment for both factories of our company (Stikland and Brackengate) – Doing reference checks, Check if they all have their documents, give applicants a recruitment test, load them on the system, taking their fingerprints and photos. - Handling incoming and outgoing calls - Filing - Maintain effective and efficient records. - Order stationary - Injury on Duties (calling the doctor and ensure they have their paperwork with them/sending doctor their documents) - Make sure employees receive their permanent contracts at the different stores - Let employees sign for their notices of disciplinary hearings - Doing petty cash when my colleague is absent - Order transport and meals for overtime when colleague is absent

Good learning curve

I am someone who think positively and who can execute on difficult tasks. working at Britos taught me to communicate with different people, and work under pressure. sometimes my job becomes challenging when theres money short and you need to find out what happend, how to solve thats problem. i am a type of person challenges head-on rather than sweep them under the the rug. i have a strong relationship with the team. i take responsibilite of my action and when things go wrong i dont look outside to forces to blame.I am a go getter person i like new things or trying new things at my work place.
