Its a learning curve

My day varies depending on working different work streams doing inbound or outbound calls , training fellow colleagues. I have an open relationship with my colleagues and we learn from each other we also have a fun environment. I have learnt new systems and leadership skills and people skills. Teaching different types of people and learning new subject matter of the business to improve myself. The main challenges are hierarchy changing and there being no consistency in development.

Pros: Learning new systems.
Cons: There is no perks and room for growth is slow.

Learning everyday

It is challenging, however being in the position teaches you patience. This is because you deal with individuals and therefore needed to be treated as individual. I learn everyday, you have to be on your toes. There are new things and aspects which you need to be in line with. It's not always easy, however you need to make it work for you. It feels you trapped sometimes and not cared for as the changes you need to adapt to is crazy. With all said it's been a rather challenging couple of years.

Experience

Working for british gas business ive learned alot and ive learned to deal with difficult customers as well as managing my time more effectively its been a great experience and im still learning so much and im dealing with complex queries and customers with different accents so its a day to day challenge

My work experience

i love working in customer services. ive learned alot by helping others. i get along with my co-workers they like second family to me ive learned to deal with dfferent typed of people. i work with complaints and this has really helped me to solve things myself without any assistance. i have been nominated for meeting my states before and that made me feel like my hard work pays off. i really enjoy my job but iam seekimg better oppertunities

My work experience

workinf uin a call centre as a customer service agent has given me the ability to deal with different people in different ways, it taught me how to handle customers when they come through as upset or they are very irate. i have learned many skills over my time working as a customer service agent. im a people's person so interacting with people on a daily basis makes me love doing what i do. i think the most challenging aspect of my job would be dealing with complaints as its in that time you need to give excelent service so that your customer can come back and feel liek you have really listened and dealt with the situation to their satisfaction .
