New technologies, Project Planning and Exicution and Road Map design.

I enjoy new challenges that will stretch my abilities and knowledge base. I like working with people and sharing my 35 years of experience to mentor and guide resources to achieve goals and timelines. My knowledge in various roles with a focus on Project and Programme Management over more than 20 full life-cycle projects allows me to plan road maps, set-up detail project planning and track the deliverables for Waterfall and/or Agile projects. My typical work day concise of project status reporting, internally to BH and also Client I work for as a management consultant. I do need to respond to many mails everyday and also mentor my team. I have responsibilities for projects planning, resource allocation and planning, change control, dispute management, change management, sales presentation to CIO's and at SAP SIG groups. I travel quire regular and have been to Portugal , UK , Dubai, Bahrain, Botswana and Kenia

Room for Improvement

I am diligent and pay attention to detail and have ability to work on my own and with members of the team.I have good interpersonal and communication skills. I am also results driven and a problem solver.
