Britehouse Automotive Reviews

Excellent work environment, excellent first job

A typical work day is 9 hours long, with friendly people who does their work and helps wherever possible. My relationship with my co-workers is exceptional, they are trustworthy and never engage in office gossip. I've learnt how to be professional yet friendly, learnt how to write test cases and log issues/bugs. I've learnt that testing has more to it than meets the eye. There are days when your tests could take about 2 minutes and there are days when your testing could take 2 hours long. I like that everyone is friendly and treats one another as a family, there is no backbiting, nor conflict - it's almost too good to be true. The things I've felt were most challenging was commuting on a daily to Centurion from the far South of Johannesburg. i also felt like I had to learn everything on my own with little to no help from a mentor.

Pros: Sometimes we could work from home
Cons: Long working hours, including weekends but no pay.

Great Opportunity and Learning Curve

Work is work its your sustenance. 1.) Instructions as follows assist if needed. 2.) Work is work. 3.) Have learnt a lot during my working career there. 4.) Like people we learning everyday. 5.) Dealing with customers as they are right and you got too try and satisfy them all as business wont survive .

Pros: Work Enviroment Verses Personal Traits
Cons: Lack Off Understanding Between Life Skills
