Very basic comapny

It was an excellent experience seeing how products were made in the plant and also very stimulating to be actually doing it myself. The co workers there are lovely people but the way the business is planned is very poor. There is too much manufactured and too less being converted to final product. The production process is sometimes stopped by a lack of storage drums. There is too much product being accumulated and being wasted after years. The management promises bonuses for keeping to targets, when the target is reached at the end of the month, they find a reason not to give out a bonus (that has happened twice in the 4 months I have been there). The management treats the processors very badly and with no respect, they will fire you for an incident that happened months ago. All in all, its not a nice company to work for.

Yes i did have are excellent learning curve

my duties was to approve raws, testing viscosity ,ph,temperature.testing.signing off bullks making colour for the ,and checking quality on the floor to see if people are still following according to the standard-

Pros: it was overwhelm for when i was placed as an quality control
Cons: i did not have are problem with long hours.
