Best working years

we started early at around six in the morning and we dont have time to say its our time out. I worked well with everybody including management. Hardwok pays. Enjoyed working late hours. Not enough time to rest es we worked even on holidays

Pros: no promotions whatsoever
Cons: working saturday,sunday and holidays

Normarly our day start at seven o'clock in the morning and we are off at four thirty in the afternoon. I was a team worker as i learned it from my first job. I learned to lead a team of a young company. I enjoyed working with a team of young dedicated guys. Not being payed what we agreed on.

Pros: no promotions whatsoever
Cons: mostly working long hours
