Great company to work for.
Great company to work for and leadership are top notch. Just no real opportunities for growth within the department I am working for. Co-workers are always willing to assist with any queries. The job is not challenging enough and makes me feel as if I have become stuck in routine.

Growth is very important
Being at Brighrock has been one of a challenge and amazing especially in the Life insurance industry coming with a new product to the already developed companies been already established. My day is always busy clients and brokers who needs my assistance is all areas and process the application. My fellow colleagues and I are always in competition to be the best and im always striving for excellence being a perfectionist. There is always humour and we have a really good relationship on and off the book. The best part of my day is being able to give a client exactly what their family needs. Seeing their gratitude is pricless.

Excellent leaning curve
I enjoy working with my colleagues, we are a small team, still expanding. My daily job requires capturing client information on the company system and I capture funeral claims. I love the environment and the Ubuntu spirit of our office. We work under a lot of pressure sometimes and having to multitask between different functions can be quite challenging sometimes, because we have to stay focused and minimize errors to avoid escalations, but it keeps me on my toes and it is manageable.

Excellent learning curve
A typical work day at Brightrock consists of waking up earliest. Checking your emails, getting ready to contact all the clients that have been allocated to your panel. Doing quotations, selling your product & foloowing up with all the cases that are in your pipeline!

The work is varied between implementation of strategic items as well as replacement or enhancement of legacy systems or legacy technologies with a huge scope of independent work.
