I'm looking forward to new challenges.

My typical day consist of daily capturing, daily reports,bank deposits, make purchase requisitions,payment requisitions but month end is a bit different cause its journals and reconciliation of ledger accounts and then monthly management reports etc. My relationship with my co-workers is professional but friendly because we've been working together for many years. I've learned that everyone is different and people handle conflict differently and you don't have to be everybody's favourite, what is more important is to be the best you can be. I enjoy shipments and reconciliation of accounts. I always find it challenging when i have deadlines to meet and i have to wait for information from other people because ultimately people who are waiting for me see me as a delaying factor.

Pros: Having a job
Cons: Staff people don't get a bonus.

Getting to know the tyres

Great experience learning about the different tyres and sizes and where they are operational. Dealing with tenders can sometimes be pressurized to meet deadline and submit proposals on time

Open to new challenges

My typical day consist of a accurate capturing shipments, doing daily reports, capturing daily scrap etc. My relationship with my co-workers is friendly but professional we've been working together for many years so we also trust and sometimes confide in each other. I've learned that you don't have to be liked by everyone as long as you are the best you can be. I enjoy the challenge of accuracy, in our department there's no room for mistakes and I always find it challenging that sometimes I must wait for other people for information before I can complete my work.

My typical day at work consist of capturing daily informations, doing daily reports updating Managers reports and capturing shipments and scrap.My relationship with my co-workers is friendly but professional...we've been working together for many years. I've learned that not verybody will like you but as long as you are being the best you can be. I enjoy the challenge of deadlines and accuracy. The most challenging part of my job is when I have to wait for information from other people before I can complete my work, it's a challenge when you are not getting the info in time.

Pros: Having a job
Cons: Working for a private sector, the future is never guaranteed.
