Drive every day to Burgersfort from Tzaneen to start work at 6H30 . Drive to several mine's and other clients in the Steelpoort, and Lydenburg area.Identify all Maintenance Related Problems and report to the Customer Maintain a good working relationship with the Customer Ensure all reasonable requests and instructions are performed without delay Conduct a formal monthly meeting once a month with the customer and Management Minute these meetings and distribute to all relevant parties All operational tyres that require urgent attention are reported using a Vehicle Defect Summary Tyres that need to be removed from system are reported using a Tyre Deactivation Register Ensure customer prospective is the driving force behind business decisions striving for customer satisfaction I’m a very hard worker, honest, loyal, fast learner, self disciplined, dedicated, and goal driven. Like working with people. Will take on any challenge and do my best to make it a success

What it is like to Work at A Tyre Company
Was able to learn quite a bit of the Japanese culture as well as they way they work. The people really do go out of there way to assist you. Tyre manufacturing is fast paced and very demanding. There are always new challenges and one really needs to stick to the standards in order to achieve the safety critical ratings that are needed by our OE members. Audits are Brutal and one learns vast amounts through going through this process. (BMW-Nissan, CCC,Toyota, VW to name but a few) Challenges would be the communication with different country's and the language gap. However once that is sorted out the information that can be obtained from a world class company Like Bridgestone is immense.
Pros: Unique work enviroment and capablity to learn. Very Fast and need to adapt quickly to changing needs in the industry
Cons: Ver Specialised and small industry (only Tyre Manufacturer inland) All other Companies are in Durban or PE

Fast learner. On the job person. Example to fellow workers. (21 years experience)
To broaden my learning scope. I regard myself as having a high degree of integrity with the ability to communicate easily within all walks of life. I’m also very neat and punctual. In the long term, I see myself in a salaried position as an engineering foreman. I would like to be a Benefit to the company and to set an example to fellow workers.
Pros: Overtime with double shifts (shift cover). Standby and call outs.
Cons: I wish to expand my knowledge but not possible with company.

Excellent learning and growth opportunity
I beleive manufacturing industries such as bridgstone where demand is higher than supply, is quite a stressful organisation to work for. Therefore every since working day is surrounded by that ego to deliver, regardless the amount of disputes, performance management and hatch speech in between mangement to leaders and leaders to workers. Good Relationship is always on the look for. My colleagues and direcr managers see myself as the best with tremendous management abilities. On other hand no pretty relationship with some workers, just because i am strick and everything most be done to companys rules. Be to work on time, attend safety meeting, going to lunch and coming back on time, produce to required standard. As a qualified industrial engineer and becoming a production supervisor, i learnt all aspect of people management, being a capitain if a chip, take corrective and radical decisions. I have learnt to be a leader, a decisions maker.
Pros: Little opportunity for promotion
Cons: Evreryday work with minimum time to focus on social life

Fast learner
I am a quick learner and I adjust easily to changing conditions. I'm always eager to learn new and challenging roles. I believe in seeing a function to the end. I am a very observant and attention to detail person. I am a very good listener. I am open minded and bilieve in attending a problem with my head whenever it occurs. I grew up not being a good public speaker but the positions I worked at in my life has tought me well because now I no longer have that fear of speaking in public.

Good learning curve, challanging ...a lot of pressure
update all stock on hand, stock on the way, month to date sales..... build excel sheets that indicate requirements, daily sales... work with formulars (sumi'fs ; lookups; values...... work with SAP work in AX Citrix systems... to place orders in middle east systems create purchase orders monitor stock place finished goods orders imports(middle east, USA.....) and locally track trace and monitor orders on the way using the motion board systems and ocean insights systems monitor orders VS confirmations update lineups clear all inventory

Great Learning opportunity
The greatest gift in life is the gist to learn , it broadens up your mind and one is able to learn new things . I always challenge myself of the unknown and want to expand my knowledge as much as possible
