It's a good company to work for we work as team we have a good relationship with co-workers I have learned a lot, I enjoy working with the customers the most challenging is to deal with your monthly target

Excellent working experience

Cold calling clients to offer them short term loans, my co- workers are good team players because they can be able to assist you if you facing a problem, I hv learnt that in order to have good communicating skills you have to be patient and listen attentively to your co-,workers and clients to form a good relationship, my challenge is when clients documents decline at da last minute or they wish to cancel

Quick learner and energetic

Work 5 days a week sometimes Saturdays, as a team, as a team we are expected t o reach monthly target of which we do, challenge is having reached target we sometimes not paid as promised, the company has retrenched recently.

Pros: working under pressure most of the time and i am able to handle the pressure

Strategic move

we have very close relationship as employees,we assist each other with the workload.what i enjoy most is when we are all working towards our given targets,challenge that i once faced was failing to reach my target at a given time.i have learnt how to indulge in team work and to arrive early to catch up not remain behnd,adding extra time also helps a lot.working on a holiday can only assist me in reaching my set goals.

Excellent learning oppitunity

In the morning I send a report to the Area Manager to let her know who is on duty for the day. I have a meeting with the staff and discuss previous day's work that was done and sort out any problem that need to be doubt with. I also allocated daily task to each and every staff member including myself. After the staff meeting I send report that needs to be done for the previous day. I do payout for agents that is bring in business that was approved. On a daily basis have to approve task that was done by my sales consultants for the day as well. I also have to make sure that marketing is done for the day. I also have to order petty cash and by day end have to count petty cash to make sure it balance a swell as Recon for the day.

Good environment, good stability,good skills to acquire,customer data base record correctly, team player,versatility, adapt to new environment,I am 9 to 5 working person,I assist co- workers if they face difficulties and I can help
