Good learning experience

It is a good company but the hours are very long and I don't get to spend enough time with my daughters. I work hard, answering phones and dealing with customers and sorting out complaints. My relationship with my co-workers is good, we are all like a family. I have been for training in customer service as well as consumers protection act and that was eye opening. I enjoy the day to day challenges of difficult customers because you never know what to expect and it keeps you on your toes and ontop of your game to think quick and solve the problem on the spot. The most challenging aspect of my job would be to know when to hand over a situation to management and when to solve it yourself.

Pros: Space to grow
Cons: Long hours and far to travel

It's always a pleasure to make someone else happy.

Working for Bride and Co I got to increase my marketing experience as I had to market my own branch in Nelspruit. From doing the daily admin, assistant clients in the sales for, merchandising the stock on the sales floor and giving the Brides, grooms, matric farewell students an experience of a life time gives me great pleasure. The team I work with is always up for new challenges and we always work as a team to make our store great and give the best possible customer service to our clients.

Pros: From being a sales assistant, with branches around the country one can move from one position to the next.
Cons: Limited management growth

Terrible working environment

Would not suggest working here. Employees constantly leave, they don't last more then a year due to the work environment you are in. I was working there just under 2 years and 7 employees left. The head office as well as senior management are difficult to work with. No salary increases nor do they care about their employees.

Pros: None
Cons: Too many to list

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

To whom it may concern. A well groomed young lady, energetic with the enthusiasm to learn is how i present myself. I am currently studying towards a Bachelor in Business Administration for Logistics and Supply chain. I have worked in administration for two years at Bride and Co for different departments as indicated in my curriculum vitae. I adapt well in different environments and situations hence my growth in the company within a short space of time. I hope you do consider my application for this particular position as I believe that I will be a Great asset to your company. Kind regards Sipiwe Sangweni

Pros: GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE
