Great skills were aquired

Because there are only a handful of employees you spend a lot of time with individual people, this leads to great relationships being built as well as a fun team atmosphere. The work hours were very long as well as working over weekend were not ideal as you did not get to spend a lot of time out of office, thus with family. I have learnt to deal with difficult situations by myself, because you could not rely on management to take control in such instances. I enjoyed this as it taught me how to deal with conflict as well as improve my communication skills.

Fairly moderate learning curve

Fairly fast paced Administration duties Attending to clients Managing store Delegating staff Learnt a lot about managing a store, assistant the manager regarding the store and clients, leant how to close sales, pushing to meet targets Friendly work environment
