I work as a baker. It helps to learn more on working other people as a baker I do the baking and others pack and sell it to customers. I am doing biscuits that my job.

Excellent learning and leadership curve

Its good to work here because you get to gain more and more of your customer service experience each and every day,have the best relationship with my co workers.What i have learnt is excellent customer service brings out the best results and also being a good manager doesn't always mean you need to hard on all your staff.i enjoy making money and reaching the badget.the most challenging aspects of this job is not Making the expected turnover.

Pros: great opportunity to interact with customers
Cons: long working hours
