Friendly environment

A new company I had a change to take part in the implementation of FFSC. The people are very friendly and easy to work with. The shifts are straight day working Monday to Friday. The most challenging aspect of the job is that we don't get enough support from the owner of the company

Not as it seems when you start therof pressure and not enough resources, no accountability from other staff members. Best is to cover your self and keep a paper traile. A lot
