I have learne the receptionist job here and I don't mind to assist with anything if I can.

I am a hardworking, and looking forward to each day at the office so that I can do something new and I can assist anyone who ask for me to help them so that I can also get some experience, I'm a very friendly person and very quiet to learn something. Executive Personal Assistant to Director: Corporate Services

My typical day consists of planning, organizing and prioritizing action plans for the day and executing thereof. I work well in a team player as I have to collate and consolidate divisional input from different internal stakeholders, both management and peers. I have learnt to focus, pay attention to detail and produce high quality and presentable management reports. I enjoy mostly the integration of reports and liaison with stakeholders as it gives more exposure to the nature of the business. Most challenging is managing timelines as you have to get your stakeholders to comply and submit their input on time (dependencies).

Making difficult decisions

I was faced with making a decision to look at a potential conflict of interest situation which involved the deputy chair person of the Board and I had to disqualify a service provider for not disclosing a family relations. That was the best but most hardest decisions i had to make against the executives within the organisations. I chose to take an ethical decision to disqualify. I am a team player and able to interact with user departments and have influential skills in terms of negotiations and is able to get team members to participate. Have been able to assemble cross functional teams successfully to deliver on deadlines with budget and managed to have good savings by testing the market through tendering system.
