Won't advise anyone to work for them.

The following are the types of problems I encounter in my current company. 1. No contracts ( the agreement is verbal more especially when it comes to remuneration) 2. You don't even know when is your pay day 3. There is no transparency between management and employees 4. You get penalised/ sidelines for asking crucial question more especially when it comes to money 5. Whenever there's a new project you are not explained in full on what they expect you to do and also about the deadlines 6. There are always new faces & people don't last 7. No training is provided for new employees 8. There is no HR Department, The owner of the company is the one who make payments 9. No room for growth. I have since been doing one thing ever since I started. 10. No qualifications needed. Every Dick, Tom & Jack is welcomed. I can go on & on the list is endless, I kept on thinking that things will get better but instead they're getting worse.

Pros: Not great at all
Cons: long hours and no overtime paid
