Motivated hard worker

BBC is a municipal entity which is 100% owned by the state BBC is very challenging everyday is a new day with its own challenges and I have leaned to be patient and understanding everyone is different from another person Most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with the competitors the taxi industry. when we have to extend or apply for new routes as we are offering affordable reliable public transport

Pros: BBC is a small company and it is very difficult to be promoted but I am willing to learn and grow
Cons: I am working monday to friday but in an interim I am required to work even of weekends and over time during the week which I comply to the needs and priorites my job

I am a fast learner,time keeping and reliable.

I am working 8 hours a day,we brake eight hours in to two,we do four in the morning and four in the afternoon.In my company we love each other we work as family/team we cover shift if one is not available. I learnt a lot in this company, time management, work as team, love people because we are working with community,to supervise my self.I enjoy when we go long distance because is where we know each other/understand one another. The most challenging is when I have to cover three shift a day and some of the passengers they not understand if their driver is not available.
