Great opportunity to learn and gain experience

Bragan Chemicals has opened doors for opportunities for me to learn. I started out as a filing clerk with them and within 3months I was promoted in Internal sales. At first it became a mission to getting along with everyone in my department since I'm the only youngest and black among them. As time went we got along so well and we have become a team now. We work 8 to 5 a day and get 1hour lunch however, we hardly ever get to even have lunch because of the amount of work. Between processing orders making sure there's stock invoicing and making sure a delivery is made, it gets too much but we've got to do it. I have two managers in my department and we get along fairly.

High passed environment Friend yet professional relationship with co-workers Training co-Workers in company Procedures and requirements building a strong market opponent for rival companies Not enough support and training from management Paper trail and archiving not reconciliated properly

Cons: Not enough balance between work and home

Excellent Learning Curve

Assisting Manager on a day to day basis, resolving any stock discrepancies by investigating inventory movements. Handling system warehouse transfers between national branches,liasing with head office regarding any inventory issues.

Pros: Great Working Enviroment
Cons: No Medical Aid
