Excellent company and safety culture

It is an amazing experienceI to work for the big company like BP. It is a global company that allows an individual to grow local and international without being limited to information that will enable you to grow as well as the company. I like the fact that it is a safety driven company and everything is about the safety of employees and operations. The only challenging part of my work is to deal with difficult customers, those that their way is the rightway and to convince them that things has changed so the way of doing things also has changed. I enjoy working with my team, it is a diverse team and I interact with different people and units through the work I do. My work is really interesting, it makes you think out of the box.

Excellent company and safety culture

Given an opportunity to study and company pays for it

a typical work day: always be prepared for any medical assistance. Follow up on medical appointment booked, sometime new joiner inductions, sometimes quite Relationship with co-worker - very professional and a nice environment a team of 3 what you have learnt: staff confidentially since we deal with a lot of medical reports. leading a team nominated as a Fire Marshal lead. One team working as a collective team to produce good results. What you enjoy most: flexibility of my working hours start work at 8:00 and leave at 15:30. Organising health events, conducting ergonomic sessions for office staff and conducting presentation on fatigue or mental health. Challenge in job: some time it can get boring doing the same thing.

Pros: Ability to study - long distance and company pays for it, development opportunities
Cons: might be in the same position for long

enjoy challenges ,believe in development and growth in the organisation ,working with unionised employees supporting 7 depot across South Africa. enjoy interacting with staff understanding of any HR related issue and resolving of any queries that may arise, doing depot visits presenting of our policies and reminding employees about the importance of our policies and code of conduct

Customer service is the name of the game

I get excited when I have to deal with complex queries and I delight when there is satisfied customer at the end of the day.I have been in the customer service environment for more than 10 years.What you see is what you get with me and I am very detailed orinted and very adaptable in any ituation.I have learnt that service is what differentiate companies and always exceeding the expectations.My :Aha" moment is when there is a satisfied customer and that boosts me for doing more.I do not take anything as a challenge but as a learning experience as each new situation gives me something to learn more

Pros: There is never a dull moment as each call is very unique and needs one to think on their feet

Dealing with new people and learning new things for development of others

I’m looking for new opportunities to grow and learn n w different ways of companies and by bringing through my experience. Looking to accomplish new structures within the company and for myself. Being able to fulfill all the managers as well as the employees of the company. Being able to create and find ways to assist the employees of the company, in terms of growth and talent management.

I need to be in sales in order to complete my Marketing diploma

I'm currrently working in the Petroleum industry as a Transport supervisor, but my objective is to work in sales / Marketing where my passion lies. I have 2 years experience in sales that I gained from one of the leading global fmcg companies. I'm a very hard working person, a go getter. An opportunity to work in sales again will allow me to complete my marketing studies.

Time didn't plan sufficient loads for big pumping site. I learned Better Forecasting skill

current role i fulfill the task ok of ensuring i checks the number of Tanks that polled and those that failed and ensure the schedulers are been made aware of the tanks that failed to filter through , to ensure that are able the dealer . to get assistance through COT to get manual dips Support the team with the tool challenges where they require any assistance . Liase with the local IT & S if the is any system issues that need to be escalated ca from time to time also assist the Retail team that require understanding or clarity on any of their sites be insite360 dip reading and understanding the variance issues .Also checking if the SMS notification where sent to dealer for delivery notification and they where and failures and check reasons for failure and escalate to Clickatell where need . be able to assist people with their challenges. Be clarity on how the system determine the next order /windms generally works

Pros: changing Job responsibilities and taking on more challenging task . Be open to learning and growth
Cons: Long hours once in a while to achieve a deadline if fine especially if the job is not a shift pattern .Long hours without proper rest could lead to fatigue and lack of performance at the job. I work for company where safety is a critical element though still in operation and they do urge that people should get proper rest to be fit for work and manage fatigue well and
