Great environment to gain knowledge on an Ever changing industry

I start the morning with pulling and formatting 2 specific reports sent to both the engineering team and leadership team outlaying what state the current HVAC systems are in and repairs to be done to them. then proceed to check invoicing for service providers assigned to me and upload quotes which have been provided. As with any environment there are those who you get along with swimmingly and others who are solely on a professional basis not to much contact just enough. I have learnt an immense amount about the intricacies of running a multinational petroleum Giants day to day needs to support their filling stations. being in contact and assisting different people with different scenarios daily

Not a good place to work unless you like endless workplace politics and racial discrimination

The workplace is characterized by factionalism between political parties and is thoroughly conducive to actually getting work done. It's not a good place to work unfortunately. Senior managers tend to micromanage employees and are forever squabbling between each other.erized by fact

Left behind for an IT and Technology company. Lags in many areas. All competitors beat this company hands down. No vision, no clear strategy. Still left behind in old methods and technologies.

Excellent learning to deal with customers

To be a petrol attender or cashier is good in terms of building my self. Meeting the different characters of people in one day. My relationship with them was sweet due to the fact that its me who was teaching them how to do the job. I learned to treat each and every one with respect and know that each and every customer deserve what is best. The most challenging is when the customer lies or run away with the money.

My current role entails Business partnering with the Refinery and help the Refinery Lead to unlock value through financial analysis. I have to manage the costs and ensure they come within budget. I have to assist and influence the margin delivery. I manage Senior Stakeholders and represent shareholder interests in various forums. I enjoy my job as I feel like I am running a business. The most challenging aspect of my job is in getting buy in from the operating partner to turn the business around.

I enjoy when i close my actions on time and making suppliers happy.I enjoy whenever im taking on a new challenge that i will learn from and develop.
